What is it? Just Jhoom!
What's the big idea? The brainchild of classically trained Indian dancer Shalini Bhalla, Just Jhoom! is a Bollywood-inspired dance fitness class. It's suitable for all fitness levels, but expect lively routines set to fast-paced Indian music - with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz styles thrown in for good measure. The class includes yoga moves, too - so you'll be getting a total fat-burning, muscle-toning cardiovascular workout. Jai ho!
