Want a body like Kim Kardashian? Then make sure you get yourself to a Barry’s Bootcamp class when it makes its way over to the UK in 2013. Kim is a big fan of the hour-long class that combines cardio, free weights, resistance training on treadmills and body-weight exercises. Each week, different muscle groups are targeted on different days, so you never overdo it on one area, and what’s also good is that you have your pick of which free weights you want to use so you can tailor the class to fit your fitness needs.
