Mel B is another celebrity who enlisted the help of weight loss company Jenny Craig to help her lose the weight she gained while pregnant with her third child. The singer was keen to get her fab figure back after "pigging out" during her pregnancy.

A month after giving birth Mel tweeted that she was running to get back into shape: "Just ran 5miles that's 8.8kms on my 7 day training in 10 months after having my baby 4 weeks ago, now come on my peeps let's get the fat off." But while she may have been getting fit she also wanted to start eating much more sensibly. Talking of why she joined the Jenny Craig programme Mel said "I have already been exercising but what I need is a little push to help me start eating sensibly."

I'm sure all those Mums struggling with breast feeding every couple of hours and with no money to spare on Pilates and yoga lessons are delighted with this tip.

 Come on get real MSN.

She looks lovely all the time but I agree with Christine . She looks stunning while she was expecting .; a few extra pounds looks good on her. Less gaunt .

Her sweet nature shines thru both pictures showing her inner looks.

i think she looks stunning when she was carrying a few pounds more when she was pregnant,now she has snapped back into shape she looks rarther starved around the jaw line!! if this is the presure of being in the public eye? well you can keep it!!

Wish I could afford to do Jenny Craig - you seen how much this costs? so not for "normal" people.

Why does everyone think that just because you've had a baby you've got oodles of fat to lose??  If you don't get fat to start with by pigging out on everything just because you ARE pregnant, you shouldn't have much to lose afterwards.  Youy don't even need to diet, it just seems to right itself.  I've had two children, didn't pig out whilst carrying them and didn't diet afterwards,  just let things happens on their own, worked fine for me and should work fine for others if they don't get fat beforehand!
