argh i eat chocolate all day at work, whenever im not doing anything i delve into my bag of snacks, ive put on nearly 2 stone since january when i split up wiht my boyfriend. its so easy to do!
but i lost 2 stone before so i can do it again! im thinking where i want to be this time next year!
To suggest that a person can start a diet and stop smoking at the same time is extremely naive.
