Royal Ascot is one of the most important dates in the UK's summer social calendar - and as befits such an occasion, it has a dress code all of its own. Now's not the time to flash the flesh or showcase your cutting-edge fashion sense. The trick is to dress to impress in classics with a twist - and don't forget your hat!
What's the style? A satellite-style hat.
As worn by... Katherine Jenkins at last year's Royal Ascot. The singer showcased her show-stopping style - and won herself plenty of column inches - by wearing this dramatic Philip Treacy creation, complete with huge flower and peacock herl feathers. Thinking of wearing a fascinator instead? Be warned: they're no longer allowed in the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot.
What the expert says: "A big saucer-shaped hat with statement styling details can certainly help you stand out from the crowd," says award-winning stylist Lisa Talbot. "A large hat can really help rebalance the lower body, so they work really well if you have a pear-shaped or hourglass figure."

MSN need to check their articles. Most of the inspiration is inappropriate as Ascot has increased formality. AKA hats not fasinators, covered shoulders (think straps) and dresses at knee length.

The booty flashing, Gold digging Middletons must have spent some cash on their outfits.
It's a wonder how they can afford it all, maybe from the stolen funds of our public sector workers or the kind and considerate nurses in the real NHS who have had their wages restricted and their pensions stripped.
The Middletons must be regarded as important people.
Kate's employment record so far is jobless and being able to flash booty at Prince William whilst
at university.
Pippa is a upper class party organiser.

Why is it that any bomb carrying England hater , or sponger can live here at my expense, but i cant get my Chinese wife here because her English is poor. She wont be on benefits, she wont be using the NHS, she wont need to be housed. Obviously all the wrong reasons to be allowed to live with her husband.. Where are my human rights..?????
