Hot off the press: Dannii Minogue has a brand new look which is causing a sensation at the X Factor auditions.A style war has broken out between Dannii and Cheryl Cole as they begin judging the first rounds of Britain's biggest singing contest.
Dannii, who is currently setting the record for the most amount of hairstyles you can get out of one bob, has become our latest hairstyle muse. Why, we want to go out and have a sleek bob cut like Dannii's tomorrow.
Apparently, Dannii's dramatic new style has taken Cheryl aback. A source told Grazia magazine: "Cheryl wants something a bit sharper now. She's telling people she wants to 'de-Barbie' herself. She has already consulted her hair stylist Julien Guyonnet already and wants something a bit fresher and modern, with fewer extensions.
"Cheryl and Dannii shared a hair stylist and make-up artist last series, but Cheryl has insisted this year that they have separate ones as she feels they often ended up looking too similar. This year, she really wants to stand out."
