Having bad skin can be a distressing experience, particularly if you have acne in your adult life or a particularly oily complexion. Many people mistakenly believe that eating chocolate and greasy food will give you spots, but this simply isn’t the case.

Acne is a real problem for people and can continue well into later life.
I've been through the full spectrum of treatments and I'm a 30 year old male, from base 1 antibiotics(eg..doxycycline,eurthromycin and various topicals) right through to Dermatologist only prescribed Roaccutane,this drug cannot be obtained by your G.P as mentioned earlier and is a very dangerous drug. After contracting bowel disease from taking this drug my self i ended up losing my large colon at 21 years old and ended up with an ileostomy(a bag attached to my abdomen) for the rest of my life and the loss of my 20's and still continue to battle this disease to this day,its a quick fix but believe you me look at the amount of civil cases in relation to this so called 'Cure' drug and you will see its dangers.
People have also failed to mention that congestion of the liver can lead to bad skin and a great tonic for this is Milk Thistle its a great for clearing your complexion and for reducing inflammation to promote a softer and healthy complexion.
since i can remember i had a dark area around my mouth and my eye's and it seems to be getting ridiculously bad, all that i can do is cover it with make up but i want a fresh face please help me i feel ashamed even when i sleep over at my friends house i always wear foundations to cover it .. please if anyone can help then get back to me thanks x
hi.i am ella, and i have 25years old...i hade this problem with many years ago and i discovered something that with me worked...so i will tell to all some steps:
1.drink water as much as posibble u can, like 2-3l per day, the skin need water like a plant
2.evoid chocolate, coca cola, alchohool and eat aples, oranges will help ur skin from radicals.
3.wash ur face in everyday more times per day, preferably with a soap with glicerine.dry well with a clean towel, then throw away on ur face cold water and leave to dry like this.
4.in every night mix in a bowl a half of teaspoon with honey, a big slice of lemon and put on ur spots, let 30 min.then wash with warm water, then cold water...u will see a soft face after some days...
5.once per week add in a cup an yolk(for dry skin) or an egg(for fat skin, oily skin), mix well with a teaspoon of honey and a half of lemon.let for 30-40 min to action, unmoved, then wash with water.
u will see that ur skin will improve and ur face will shine with the time if u will respect this steps.
its very important what u eat too(less meat, more fruits and vegetables)...its not rubish what i told until now, when i heard abt this treatment from a friend , really helped me a lot.now my friends they are saying i m looking younger and my face its very clean and shiny.
but i have care abt what i am eating in every day and clean my face properly.
