Cindy Crawford revealed earlier this week that her main beauty secret is 'less is more'. The supermodel tweeted: 'As I've gotten older I wear less makeup. It can make you look older, and hopefully we get more comfortable in our skin.'
Unfortuantely for most of us, we aren't blessed with Cindy Crawford's supermodel looks and can't get away with leaving the house completely make-up free.
So, if you feel the need to cover up with some war paint every now and then, we've spoken to beauty experts to find out the biggest ageing make-up mistakes and how to avoid them...

Personally I prefer Fearne Cotton but Holly is still lovely in every way and all you haters must be truly unhappy with yourselves if you feel the need to be hateful to someone you don't know or are ever likely to meet.

We are so obsessed with looking younger blah blah blah and when it comes down to it it's whether you're photogenic or lucky enough to have a good flash on the camera that hides some of the so called crimes against beauty. OH my God the worlds in a mess and we're going on about concealer. I hate TOWIE or whatever these flipping awful programmes are called, and it shows you didn't have that many makeup mistakes having to use that awful girl twice. I like looking at fashion sometimes even though I don't follow it and never will, I wear what I like and what I want, and have since I was a little girl. Please stop wasting time on articles like that and do something more interesting instead of making women feel crap about themselves for not wearing the right makeup.

Im no beauty expert but to my eyes her face is totally out of proportion and actually grotesque.
