Style tips on how to dress your other half, direct from the A-list…
The 23-year-old open-water and long distance swimmer was the first GB athlete to qualify for the London 2012 Games. She confirmed her place whilst reclaiming the 10km open water World Championship crown in Shanghai. She was also one of the first GB athletes to be signed to a beauty brand and is now the face of Max Factor False Lash Effect Gold Mascara. The swimmer is certainly not afraid of a bit of glamour and said, "I'm so excited to be working with Max Factor. When I'm not training, I love experimenting with make-up and creating different looks."

I fell of my chair when I saw some glamour pix of our Olympic athletes. In particular I was amused by Jessica Ennis who was seen to be wearing a dress in what someone described as a 'provocative pose'. If you cared to look at what she is wearing in the photographs which accompany this article, you will see that she is wearing little more than a bikini and this is her official uniform!
Never mind the beauty talent, the real talent of these ladies will be measured on the running track, swimming pool, etc.
Come on , we want Olympic champions , not models
@ sparta norge (collette24) - I completely agree! Nice to see someone on here is keeping a sense of proportion about this.
I think it's great that these girls are getting these sponsorship deals. Real women with real talents advertising products that in all likelihood they actually use because they are not mega rich professionals. These athletes don't get paid thousands to represent their country like professional footballers etc so they have to take sponsorship deals to make a living. And as the world is only interested in them once every four years I'm not surprised they're grabbing all they can get! I think it's a shame that Someone below is probably right that they will get dropped if they don't win gold and will def get dropped once olympic fever is over.
Children! Just do you're job and win! You can play later.
To my knowledge the contestants are chosen for athletic ability, or am I mistaken?
Sex and glamour will reduce competitors concentration and physical ability.
Get some sense GIRLS, if you are affected by fashion, you are in the wrong event.? ,s.
Too many stupid women, already think its good to have eyebrows up their ar---son..
